GAMEFIT®

The 20 Minute Sports Performance Workout.

Maximise results in minimum time. Improves agility, core balance, stabilisation, speed, power and strength.

GameFit® is a new concept designed for sports teams and coaches sports coaches targeting all aspects of fitness in maximising results in minimal time, leaving maximal time to concentrate on skills. It is a fixed 20-minute training session with no dictated rest periods. Participants work until failure, rest only for recovery and go again, making it specific to the individual regardless of age gender and fitness level.

HIIT CIRCUITS

High-intensity circuit training (HICT) involves combining both cardio and resistance training in the same workout. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises. It’s a challenging total body workout that promises not only improved Cardio, strength and toning, but better weight loss results in less time also.

The major benefit of HICT is that you increase your afterburn—the number of calories your body continues to burn after your workout is over. The afterburn or post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) is considered by some to help boost the metabolism.

These high-intensity circuit-type workouts are designed to send your heart rate soaring!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning is a great way to transform your body and get huge results, whether you’re an athlete, amateur, expert, or just starting out. It encompasses so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health, and physical performance.

Strength and conditioning used to be a niche environment believed only to be for athletes, but as more people come to understand the many benefits of movement-based fitness like; mobility, core stability, endurance, strength & weight training it’s becoming very popular!

We use a mixture of weights, dumbells, plates & bars to overload specific muscle groups such as; biceps, triceps, gluteals, quadriceps, hamstrings, piriformas, chest, back and lower legs.

ABS BLAST

Abs blast is the best! A mixture of body weight and free weighted exercises with options for beginners to experts. It covers the abs and core which includes the traverse abdominis (TVA), erector spinae, obliques and your lower lats. These muscles work as stabilisers for the entire body. Core training is simply doing specific exercises to develop and strengthen these stabiliser muscles. Also to tone, look and feel good!
