Inverness Academy Mini HESA

MINI HESA is a fantastic introduction to our Academy and open to all boys and girls. These classes are tailored specifically for children age 5- 8yrs. Introducing all aspects of fitness appropriate to age & ability. Working hard & having fun while carefully preparing their young bodies for an active future with a focus on strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, co-ordination, motor skills and balance. Lots of fun, athletics, competition, and an introduction to team sports such as basketball, handball & football.

Modified fitness testing is performed throughout the year, with some HESA levels testing done also.

By 9 years old, or before if excelling, there may be an opportunity to graduate up to JUNIORS.

THUR 4 – 5pm @ BUGHT ASTRO, INVERNESS

First week is FREE.

COST: £20 membership joining fee & £25 /month.  HESA T-shirt included.
